Nostradamus, Coronavirus (Covid 19), and all his prophecies for the year 2020!
Disclaimer: This blog presents my personal interpretation of Nostradamus’ predictions for the year 2020. I am in no way claiming this interpretation is absolute truth nor am I suggesting any course of action to be taken by my viewers. Discretion by the viewers is advised.
Les Prophéties (The Prophecies) is a collection of prophecies by French physician Nostradamus, the first edition of which appeared in 1555. It is written in the form of poems, or quatrains, united in ten sets of verses called "Centuries" of 100 quatrains each, totalling a thousand quatrains all in all.
Most of the quatrains deal with disasters, and Nostradamus gained notoriety for the belief in his ability to predict the future; which according to Nostradamus “goes far beyond to the events which will take place at the beginning of the seventh millennium”.
But in this video I will be discussing in detail only those quatrains which I believe will be fulfilled in the year 2020. As of this writing, Covid 19 has already infected more than 2 million and killed more than 150,000 people worldwide, and the numbers are still rising exponentially. It is unlikely that Nostradamus would have missed this year and not written about it in one or more of his quatrains.
Century 1: Quatrain 51 Expected fulfillment on December 21, 2020
The head of Aries, Jupiter and Saturn.
Eternal God, what changes!
Then the bad times will return again after a long century;
what turmoil in France and Italy.
In astrology, a conjunction takes place when the angular distance between celestial objects is 10° or less. A special kind of conjunction called great conjunctions, are conjunctions of the planets Jupiter and Saturn, and quite clearly Nostradamus’ mention of Jupiter and Saturn in this quatrain means he was referring to one of them. But which great conjunction is being referred to in this quatrain?
Great conjunctions occur regularly, about every 20 years, due to the combined effect of Jupiter's approximately 12-year orbital period and Saturn's approximately 30-year orbital period. The most recent great conjunction occurred on May 31, 2000 and the next one will be on winter solstice, December 21, 2020.
Using astroagg.com, one can see that the great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn on December 21, 2020 at 6:56 pm UTC will take place at 0 degrees 29 minutes of astrological Aquarius. 0 degrees of any astrological sign is the head of that astrological sign as it represents the entry point (or 1st of 30 degrees) of that sign.
Thus, the great conjunction on December 21, 2020, will take place at the head of Aquarius. The last time a great conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn that took place in the constellation as well as the astrological sign Aquarius was on January 16, 1405. And this is just 26 days less than 616 years before the coming great conjunction on the astrological sign of Aquarius this December 21, 2020.
Wikipedia, Number of the Beast: Papyrus 115 (which is the oldest preserved manuscript of the Revelation as of 2017), as well as other ancient sources like Codex Ephraemi Rescriptus, give the number of the beast [of Revelation] as 616, not 666; critical editions of the Greek text, such as the Novum Testamentum Graece, note 616 as a variant.
Revelation 13: 18 tells us “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast”. If my association of the Number of the Beast, or 616, with the number of years between two Great conjunctions on the astrological sign Aquarius is correct (that is from January 16, 1405 to December 21, 2020), then this means Nostradamus’ prophecy about the coming of the Antichrist in the month of October, will take place this year 2020!
Epistle to Henry II: Then the great Empire of the Antichrist will begin where once was Attila's empire, and the new Xerxes will descend with great and countless numbers… This will be preceded by a solar eclipse more dark and gloomy than any since the creation of the world, except that after the death and passion of Jesus Christ.
And it will be in the month of October that the great translation will be made and it will be such that one will think the gravity of the earth has lost its natural movement and that it is to be plunged into the abyss of perpetual darkness. In the spring there will be omens, and thereafter extreme changes, reversals of realms and mighty earthquakes.
The “great translation” or great movement that will make one “think the gravity of the earth has lost its natural movement” is Nostradamus’ way of describing the coming geological pole shift in October. This pole shift will cause the earth to be “plunged into the abyss of perpetual darkness” where the Sun will be hidden for an unknown period of time and during which the Antichrist (whose number is 616) will “descend with great and countless numbers” of his army.
Anyone familiar with Catholic prophecies will immediately recognize that Nostradamus is here describing the “3 days of darkness” first described by Blessed Anna Maria Taigi (circa 1769–1837), but is actually more than 200 years later than Nostradamus’ time.
Three Days of Darkness: There shall come over the whole earth an intense darkness lasting three days and three nights. Nothing can be seen, and the air will be laden with pestilence which will claim mainly, but not only, the enemies of religion.
It will be impossible to use any man-made lighting during this darkness, except blessed candles. He, who out of curiosity, opens his window to look out, or leaves his home, will fall dead on the spot. The air shall be infected by demons who will appear under all sorts of hideous forms.
Now going back to Century 1: Quatrain 51 of Nostradamus’ Prophecies, he also tells us in this quatrain to look at the head of Aries. And using astroagg.com one can see that on December 21, 2020 at 10:31 pm UTC, or shortly after the great conjunction at 0 degrees 29 minutes of astrological Aquarius, the Moon enters the head of astrological Aries at exactly 0 degrees.
But wait there is more, the Sun during this great conjunction will be located at the head of Capricorn at 0 degrees 32 minutes!
So we will have on December 21, 2020, or winter solstice, the great conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter at the head of Aquarius, with the Moon at the head of Aries, and with the Sun at the head of Capricorn.
Whereas the planet entering the 0° of an astrological sign is taking initial steps on the road ahead and is in the process of envisioning, discovering and creating its journey, the planet at 29° of an astrological sign senses the end of a familiar path or the end of an era, and is poised for change as it enters a new age.
Thus for Nostradamus, Saturn and Jupiter moving from 29° Capricorn to 0° Aquarius, with the Moon moving from 29° Pisces to 0° Aries, and with the Sun moving from 29° Sagittarius to 0° Capricorn, represent a major turning point replete with many changes!
I have already discussed some of the many changes that will happen according to Nostradamus, and these are the coming geological pole shift, as well as the reversals of realms.
But going back to Century 1: Quatrain 51 of Nostradamus’ Prophecies, the French seer also mentioned about “the bad times that will return again after a long century which will cause turmoil in France and Italy”. To know exactly what these bad times are, we have to examine another one of his quatrain that describes what happens shortly before the great conjunction of December 21, 2020:
Scythe at the pond anointed towards Sagittarius
at its highest ascendant.
Plague, famine, death from military hands;
the century approaches its renewal.
Before anything else, let me discuss the first line of this quatrain which is commonly translated as “A scythe joined with a pond in Sagittarius”. I believe the better translation should be instead “Scythe at the pond anointed towards Sagittarius”. This will be important later when I will be discussing why I assigned December 20, 2020 as the expected fulfillment of this quatrain. Nostradamus warns us that as the century approaches its renewal, “plague, famine, and death from military hands” will take place before and note not after the renewal.
Now 5 successive great conjunctions happen every century, since I mentioned earlier that each great conjunction occurs regularly about every 20 years. And I believe Nostradamus uses the end of 5 successive great conjunctions to mark the “renewal of the century”. The 5 successive great conjunctions prior to the great conjunction on December 21, 2020 started on September 14, 1921.
Putting Century 1: Quatrain 51 and Century 1: Quatrain 16 side by side, one should easily see that “plague, famine, and death from military hands” were “the bad times” that happened shortly before the “renewal of the century” that last took place on September 14, 1921. And that these “bad times” are scheduled to “return again” on the coming “renewal of the century” this December 21, 2020.
Nostradamus first mentioned plague, and indeed there was the Spanish flu lasting from January 1918 to December 1920, which infected 500 million people – about a quarter of the world's population at the time. The death toll of this plague is estimated to have been anywhere from 17 million to 50 million, and possibly as high as 100 million, making it one of the deadliest pandemics in human history. By the way, there are several theories that say the Spanish flu originated in China and was spread by Chinese laborers working in America and Europe. And this sounds eerily similar to the current situation with Covid 19. Is it just a coincidence or is it something prophesied to repeat again?
Next, Nostradamus mentioned famine, and there were 2 great famines that occurred shortly before the “renewal of the century” on September 14, 1921. The first one was the North China famine of 1920-1921:
North China famine, 1920-21: Starting in late summer 1920, widespread scavenging for roots and herbs, or preparation of ‘famine foods’ meant to stave off hunger indicated the exhaustion of household cash or grain reserves and the arrival of full-fledged famine conditions… By the time of the Spring harvest in early June, 2021 an estimated 500,000 had died across the five provinces, mainly due to malnourishment and exposure to the cold; [as wells as] famine-related diseases.
The other great famine that occurred shortly before the “renewal of the century” on September 14, 1921, was the great Russian famine of 1921–1922:
THE GREAT FAMINE OF 1921: The Great Famine that ravaged Russia in 1921 and early 1922 was one of the worst human disasters of the 20th century. The ensuing famine killed so many people that neither the Soviet state nor foreign observers could accurately gauge the death toll. The consensus among historians is that at least five million Russians died of starvation and disease. That figure could be as high as eight million.
The famine also gave rise to horrific tales of murder and cannibalism, as well as a black-market trade in human flesh. Starving peasants were observed digging up recently buried corpses for their flesh. Accounts of murder or euthanasia, followed by butchery and feasting, were also reported. One woman refused to give over the body of her dead husband because she was using it for meat. Parents and siblings ate the bodies of dead children.
Last, but certainly not the least, Nostradamus also mentioned “death from military hands as the century approached its renewal” last time on September 14, 1921.
While World War I is very easily the war that comes to one’s mind which happened during this period of time, it should be remembered that this global war started as early as July 28, 1914 and already ended on November 11, 1918, or almost 3 years before that century’s renewal on September 14, 1921.
However, Italy, and more specially France, did get involved in more localized wars with other countries just shortly before September 14, 1921. These wars included:
The Franco-Turkish War fought between France and the Turkish National Forces from December 1918 to October 1921 in the aftermath of World War I.
The Italian-Yugoslav dispute fought between the Kingdom of Italy and the Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (later the Kingdom of Yugoslavia) from 1919 to 1920.
Century 1: Quatrain 51 tells us that France and Italy will be 2 countries that will be in turmoil when “the bad times” made up of “plague, famine, and death from military hands” return shortly before December 21, 2020.
And as we approach the coming renewal of the century this December 21, 2020, we already saw the emergence of the coronavirus or Covid 19 as early as December 31, 2019 when Chinese authorities informed World Health Organization’s China office of pneumonia cases in Wuhan City, Hubei province, China, with unknown cause.
And just as Nostradamus prophesied, France and Italy reported some of the highest numbers of people infected as well as killed by this virus.
Last February 5, 2018, or more than 2 years ago, I published a video titled “World War 3 by September 18, 2020, the End is Near!”. In this video, I predicted a nuclear war happening between China and the United States (including their allies), based on the prophecies written on the Tui Bei Tu, a Chinese book of poetries from the 7th century AD Tang dynasty. If my prediction does come true, then indeed, before “the century approaches its renewal” this December 21, 2020, we will see the return of “the bad times” that will include a devastating war between several nations.
We are yet to see this year 2020 a famine happening anywhere in the world that will be as severe as the Great Russian Famine of 1921 when people were forced to resort to cannibalism in order to survive. However, the coming geological pole shift which I believe will happen this October, 2020 can easily and instantly cause a global famine the likes of which the world has never seen before. This is confirmed by another one of Nostradamus’ quatrains, namely:
Century 2: Quatrain 46 Expected fulfillment on October, 2020
After great trouble for humanity, a greater one is prepared
The Great Mover renews the ages:
Rain, blood, milk, famine, steel and plague,
In the heavens fire is seen, a long spark running.
The Great Mover that renews the ages, is the precession of the equinoxes that causes the vernal equinox to move from one constellation to another. The vernal equinox is currently located at the constellation Pisces, and this is why we are currently at the age of Pisces. With the coming geological pole shift this October, 2020, the precession of the equinoxes is expected to accelerate, and thus, in just one sweep and in the twinkling of an eye, we will see the vernal equinox jump from the constellation Pisces to the constellation Aquarius, and starting a new age.
Note that before the Great Mover renews the ages this October, 2020, there would have already been famine, steel (representing war) and plague, and yet according to Nostradamus, a greater trouble for humanity is prepared in the form of fire and a long spark running seen in the heavens.
The long spark running in the heavens I believe will be the explosive relativistic jets of Planet Nine that will be blasted on earth by September, 2020.
I talked about this in one of my videos titled “Planet Nine, a cluster of Primordial Black Holes nears Earth & will blast explosive relativistic jets on it!”. Planet Nine, believed to be a primordial black hole having a mass of upto 20 times that of Earth, will be the cause of the coming geological pole shift and the sudden acceleration of the precession of the equinoxes as well.
Now let me explain why I expect the fulfillment of Century 1: Quatrain 16 to be on December 20, 2020, or just one day before the great conjunction on December 21, 2020. And, at the end of this explanation, you will be surprised at what will be my conclusion. The first line of the quatrain mentions a “Scythe at the pond”.
The Scythe is a symbol of the waxing crescent Moon which is when the Moon’s illumination by the Sun is greater than the New Moon at 0% but less than the First Quarter Moon at 50%.
On December 20, 2020 the Moon’s illumination by the Sun will be at 39.7%. The Pond is a symbol of the astrological sign Pisces where the 2 fishes swim and which is being watered by Aquarius. Thus, the first line of the quatrain simply tells us that the waxing crescent Moon will be in astrological sign Pisces where it will be anointed by the water coming from Aquarius.
Also, on December 20, 2020, the Moon will be in conjunction with Neptune which is a water element. And as such, Neptune can be seen as anointing the Moon as well through this conjunction.
The first line also tells us that the “Scythe at the Pond” will be “anointed towards [or anointed in the direction of] Sagittarius”. In the Bible, anointing results in spiritual illumination wherein the anointed one gets taught by the Holy Spirit about all things.
Thus, the Scythe at the Pond anointed in the direction of Sagittarius at its highest ascendant simply means, the waxing crescent Moon at Pisces will be illuminated by the Sun at Sagittarius as a result of the Moon’s anointing. But what does “at its highest ascendant” mean?
The ascendant is located at the 1st degree, or the head, of the 1st house in an astrological chart. Looking at the chart on December 20, 2020 at the exact time of the Moon’s conjunction with Neptune at 11:34 pm UTC and observed in Greenwich, United Kingdom, one can see that the ascendant is located at 25 degrees 26 minutes of Virgo.
But according to Nostadamus Sagittarius, and not Virgo should be at its highest ascendant. And this means, one should observe the exact time of the Moon’s conjunction with Neptune at a different location.
And the best location to observe Sagittarius at its highest ascendant will be somewhere at the city of Xiangfan or Xiangyang, province of Hubei, China. At the center of this city, the ascendant is at 29 degrees 54 minutes 24 seconds of Sagittarius, or just less than 6 arcminutes short of 30 degrees Sagittarius which is its highest possible ascendant.
And this is a very sobering thought, since the city of Wuhan, where the coronavirus or Covid 19 originated, is also located in the province of Hubei, China. And the city of Xiangyang is just less than 270 kilometers from Wuhan.
Why was Nostradamus specifically observing at Xiangyang when he was talking about the plague, famine, and death from military hands as the century approaches its renewal on December 21, 2020? Will Xiangyang be the ground zero of the coming nuclear war between China and the United States?
At the beginning of this video, I mentioned about the last time a great conjunction took place in Aquarius, and this was on January 16, 1405. Nostradamus must have given tremendous importance to this particular conjunction in 1405, so much so that he used this as the base year for calculating some of his prophecies.
You see, Nostradamus made several quatrains that mention a certain number of years without saying when to start counting these years to figure out when the prophecy will be fulfilled. I will now be discussing just 4 quatrains of this kind out of many more, in order to prove this point.
Century 11: Quatrain 18 fulfilled on November 13, 2010 when Aung San Suu Kyi was released from house arrest
Considering the sad Nightingale
Who with tears and laments renews her anguish,
By such means making her days shorter,
Six hundred and five, she will see the end of it,
Of her torment, the cloth already woven,
By means of it sinister aid will she have.
Six hundred and five years from 1405 is the year 2010. Aung San Suu Kyi, the sad Nightingale, used international media to garner support to demand her freedom and to receive aid for what she was fighting for. She was hailed and given multiple awards upon her release.
But these people who aided her will later be her greatest critics because of her response to the violence against Rohingya Muslims and refugees in 2015. In 2017, critics have called for Aung San Suu Kyi's Nobel prize to be revoked.
Century 11: Quatrain 13 fulfilled on August 20, 2011 when Gaddafi's government was overthrown in the wake of the fall of Tripoli to the rebel forces. Shortly afterwards, Gaddafi was captured and killed on October 20, 2011.
Six hundred and six or nine, the adventurer
And shortly afterwards he will be out of power
Through the powerful Emperor-General
To whom the world has not an equal,
Of which each will render him obedience.
Six hundred and six years from 1405 is the year 2011. (Although Nostradamus gave us another timeline which is 609 years as an alternative). Galls are a kind of swelling growth on the external tissues of plants, fungi, or animals. They can be caused by various parasites: ranging from viruses, fungi and bacteria to plants, insects and mites.
The gall Nostradamus refers to in this quatrain is ergot or ergot fungi which refers to a group of fungi of the genus Claviceps. While ergot does not contain lysergic acid diethylamide (or LSD), it however contains lysergic acid as well as its precursor, ergotamine. Lysergic acid is a precursor for the synthesis of LSD.
Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), also known as acid, is a hallucinogenic drug. Effects typically include altered thoughts, feelings, and awareness of one's surroundings. Many users see or hear things that do not exist.
In February, 2011, Gaddafi stated that the rebels fighting his regime were influenced by Al-Qaeda, Osama Bin Laden, by means of hallucinogenic drugs put in their drinks and pills. And said that Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda were distributing these hallucinogenic drugs.
The “egg” where the “gall” is put inside refers to the capsule used to package LSD in small doses. The powerful Emperor-General is quite obviously President Obama who ordered the toppling of GaddafiI’s government as well as his assassination.
Century 11: Quatrain 21 fulfilled on 2012 during Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee year and on 2015 during her state visit to Germany
The author of the evils will connive to reign
In the year six hundred and seven without sparing
All her subjects who belong to the leech,
And then afterwards she will come little by little
To the Frank country to relight her fire,
Returning whence she has come.
Six hundred and seven years from 1405 is the year 2012. It is unconstitutional, although not illegal, for the Queen of England to be involved in politics. Which is why whenever she has a need for something to be done by politicians, she has to connive or secretly conspire with them.
Does the Queen support Brexit? And does she think the European Union’s growing grip on its member states is a threat to whatever influence her monarchy still has on what is left of the British empire? Nostradamus definitely believes so, and even tells us that the Queen secretly thinks of the EU as a “leech” to which some of her subjects belong to and gladly give their blood to.
Shortly after the Queen celebrated her Diamond Jubilee on February 6, 2012, Prime Minister David Cameron received calls for a referendum on the UK's EU membership which he rejected. Did the Queen connive with the Members of Parliament who called for this referendum?
In 2015, the Queen visited Germany and met with Chancellor Angela Merkel. Did the Queen ask Germany’s support for Brexit? Nostradamus says the Queen went to this Frank country to “relight her fire returning whence she has come”.
The House of Windsor is the reigning royal house of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms. The dynasty is originally of German paternal descent and was a branch of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, itself derived from the House of Wettin.
Century 11: Quatrain 54 Expected fulfillment on 2020 or 2025 upon Queen Elizabeth II’s death.
Six hundred & fifteen, twenty, grand Dame will die,
And soon after a very long time,
Several countries, Flanders & England
Will be by fire & by rail,
Long, long-lived neighbors,
Forced to make war on them.
Nostradamus gave us 2 possible timelines for the fulfillment of this prophecy. Six hundred and fifteen years from 1405 is the year 2020. Six hundred and twenty years from 1405 is the year 2025. This quatrain is self explanatory.
